Cloicín – from the Irish for small stone.
My very first signature collection, Cloicin gets it’s name from the stony shoreline of Carlingford Lough where my studio is based. The shorefront features pebbled beaches, and from my studio window I can see the famous Cloc Mor stone in Rostrevor at the entrance to the Mourne Mountains. Inspired by my wonderful surroundings I created a collection where the etched surface of the jewellery reflects the sandy surface that all the stones and pebbles lie on. The design feature on the pendants is further complimented with the unique chains.
